This position will be responsible for ensuring that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging guests, maintaining solid product knowledge, providing assistance and making suggestions to guests regarding product decisions, extensive use of suggestive selling methods. This position has a strong focus on assisting guests with F&B, tee times, lottery, retail and golf. Ensures all payment transactions are affected in a complete, accurate and timely manner. Ensures appropriate level of stock is maintained on the outlet floor, positioned appropriately to maximize revenues. This person will regularly work coverage or full shifts in alternate retail and/or recreational outlets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
- Greets all guests and provides outstanding on-brand customer service, by enhancing the guest experience.
- Will assist guests with requests for, and respond to questions about, F&B product and retail sales.
- Ringing up sales at registers for food, retail and other product.
- Arranging displays to showcase targeted items.
- Processing, replenishing merchandise, monitoring floor stock and assisting with floor moves and displays.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Must have high school diploma or GED and some cash-handling experience, or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
- Bilingual is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have superior guest relations skills and the ability to answer guest inquiries.
- Must be able to work in a cross-functional area including retail and F&B. To include significant knowledge of golf products, protocols, nomenclature, and sales points.
- Must have the ability to accurately handle payment transactions.
- Must have demonstrated exceptional verbal and written communication skills, to include accurate notation of reservations, etc.
- Must be able to clearly speak, write and understand the English language.
- This position has extremely high guest interaction and requires great patience, tack, and problem resolution skills.
