We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This key role will be responsible for consolidating the company’s financial statements and managing the annual budgeting process. The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting, provide critical insights, and support decision-making processes that drive the company’s financial success The position will need to provide analytical support and global reporting to the company and the senior leadership team. The position will develop, enhance, and maintain relationships with all divisional controllers and team members. The role will also have responsibility for managing special corporate projects and ad-hoc analysis that add value and impact to the overall company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Lead the consolidation process for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting across multiple business units.
- Manage the company-wide budgeting process, working closely with senior leadership and departmental heads to develop the annual budget.
- Perform variance analysis to ensure financial goals are met and prepare budget presentations for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with operational teams and other departments to gather necessary financial data and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Provide regular financial analysis and insights to help management understand business performance and trends, identifying key drivers of financial results.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Undergraduate Degree required. MBA or CPA highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive financial analysis and accounting experience, preferably in an FP&A function within a public company or division thereof.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is highly desired.
- Persuasive written and verbal communication and organization skills are critical.
- Experience in presenting and discussing financial information with senior business and financial Leaders is a plus.
- Experience in Hospitality and/or Timeshare industries is very helpful, but not required.
- Must work well in a fast-paced changing environment and work well under time constraints.
- Must have an ability to work with different cultures.
