What You Will Do:
- Learn fundamental principles of business analysis
- Gain an understanding of how to translate conceptual user requirements into clear, detailed functional requirements
- Understand how to elicit, document, analyze, and validate high quality requirements
- Learn how to manage requirements throughout the delivery process
- Obtain exposure to the commercial lines insurance products
- Establish partnerships with both business and IT stakeholders
What We Look For:
- Pursuing Bachelor’s degree, preferably in: IT, Computer Information Systems (CIS), or business administration (ideal candidate will have completed Junior year, but open to other classes as well)
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite with willingness and ability to learn new applications quickly
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to interact professionally with a wide variety of individuals
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience in insurance or business a plus
