Our client, a leader in their field, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for their location in Savannah, GA. This is a direct hire opportunity. The qualified candidate must have experience working in parts. Preferred candidate will be knowledgeable of Maintenance & Repair parts such as bearings, power transmissions, etc. Job duties for the Customer Service Representative are answering phones, responding to customer requests, servicing customers at the sales counter and assisting Account Managers in satisfying customer needs, checking inventory in the warehouse, purchasing and keying orders in the computer system along with other general office clerical functions.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Knowledgeable of parts. Preferably Maintenance and Repair parts used in Industrial facilities
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Report for the last 3 years
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Inventory Experience
