Career Staffing Talent has partnered with a plaintiff's law firm looking for a strong associate-level attorney withcommercial litigation experience. In this role, you will work on complex commercial litigaiton matters on the contigency side (no billable hours). The ideal candidate ishungry, motivated, a go-getter, and wants to see their work have an impact.
The position is in-office in Miami and will report to a managing attorney. We aim to fill this position in the upcoming weeks.

Responsibilities :
- Represent individual and business clients in a variety of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, business torts, and fraud.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis of complex legal issues.
- Draft and edit a wide range of pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
- Assist with discovery, including managing document requests, depositions, and interrogatories.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel.
- Work collaboratively with partners and other associates to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
