CST has partnered with a Miami plaintiff’s law firm to recruit an experienced litigation Associate to join a boutique firm. The position will report to the lead attorney and work directly on complex commercial litigation matters.
This position is ideal for someone who wants to leave a defense firm, forget about the billable hours, and fast-track their litigation experience.

Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Litigation Attorney, you will work closely with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes in legal disputes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking and defending depositions
- Conducting discovery
- Legal research
- Drafting and arguing motions
- Frequent court appearances
- Case management
- Client communications
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience (minimum)
- Experience in commercial litigation
- Strong work ethic
- Strong academic credentials
- Organizational, research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle urgent tasks
- Admission to the Florida Bar
Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
