Responsibilities
- Represent clients in court, at depositions, trials, arbitration, hearings, and meditations
- Prepare and draft motions for summary judgments and defend motions for summary judgments, and attend hearings
- Work a case from intake to trial
- Advise clients on legal transactions
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
Qualifications
- Law Degree and FLORIDA Bar License - Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A minimum of 2 years of prior first-party property experience
- Attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
