About The Role

This role oversees a team of field technicians and ensures the timely delivery of inspection, repair, retrofit, and service work across fire alarm, sprinkler, and fire extinguisher systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and schedule daily service operations, including inspections, repairs, small installations, and emergency calls
- Ensure compliance with NFPA codes and OSHA safety standards
- Review and approve quotes, timesheets, and invoices
- Oversee subcontractors, vendor contracts, and inventory
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer issues and escalations
- Coordinate after-hours service coverage and ensure 24/7 responsiveness
- Track team performance, service profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Clear communication with customers and internal teams
- Efficient scheduling and execution of service projects
- Accurate documentation and billing
- Team development and continuous skill improvement
- Alignment with company financial targets and service quality standards
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred
- 5 years in a supervisory role in fire prevention or building systems
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm, sprinkler, and safety system maintenance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Must pass a background check
- Ability to manage time effectively and lead independently
- Desk work with occasional lifting up to 15 lbs
- Periodic field presence; ability to stand, kneel, or climb ladders as needed
