Career Strategies is hiring a full-time Admin Assistant/Receptionist in the Harrisonburg, VA area. We are seeking an employee with excellent people skills, sales experience, property management experience for HUD communities, high energy, positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and desire the opportunity to grow with a Property Management Company.
Job Duties:
Duties include answering phones, filing, resident relations, vendor relations, reporting income, creating and reviewing vouchers, processing claims, and administrative projects but are not limited to this:
Requirements:.
- Office Duties, writing letters, answering phones, placing phone calls, filing, data entry, word, excel, creating reports, spell checking, creating templates, snipping
- Friendly, energetic, great people skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Simultaneously prioritizing time sensitive projects
- Excellent phone and in person sales skills
- Motivated and hard-working
- High energy
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Adobe Sales and Customer Service skills.
- Professional presentation - friendly, energetic, great people skills.
