Job Title: Entry Level Leasing Specialist (Training Included)
Pay Rate: $18-$19/hour (depending on experience) PAID WEEKLY
The Entry Level Leasing Specialist will receive comprehensive training and work closely with the Property Manager and team to provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include meeting prospects, conducting tours, executing leasing paperwork, and following up with leads to generate traffic to the community. As a Leasing Specialist, you play a crucial role in creating a welcoming community for current and prospective residents. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions are essential for this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet prospects and conduct tours of the community
- Execute leasing paperwork accurately
- Follow up with leads to generate traffic
- Provide excellent customer service
- Process applications and prepare leases for qualified potential residents
- Conduct surveys as requested to ensure competitive market pricing
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
- Ability to work weekends
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Law (training provided)
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
