Job Title: EXPERIENCED Leasing Specialist - APM experience is a PLUS
Pay Rate: $20-$21 (depending on experience) PAID WEEKLY
The Leasing Specialist will work with the Property Manager and team to provide excellent customer service, meet prospects, conduct tours, execute leasing paperwork, and follow up with leads to generate traffic to the community. As a Leasing Specialist, you are the first step in creating a sense of community for current and prospective residents. Individuals with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions are vital to this role.
REQUIREMENTS:
- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE as a Leasing Specialist for one year
- Know the community and floor plans to convert tours to leases successfully.
- Process applications and prepare leases for qualified potential residents
- Conduct surveys as requested to ensure competitive market pricing
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
- Have the ability to work weekends
- Fair Housing Law knowledge
Bilingual is not required but is a REAL Plus
