We're hiring a part-time Office Assistant to play a crucial role in providing extraordinary customer service at an apartment community located in Marinette, WI. Your contribution will be invaluable in maintaining our high standards of service.

The right candidate should possess exceptional customer service skills and be able to offer excellent assistance to all residents, visitors, and vendors. We are looking for someone who is highly energetic, has a positive attitude, has great communication skills, and is a people person.

  • Schedule: Monday/Wednesday/Friday
  • Hours: 9am-6pm
  • Pay Rate: $16-$18

Responsibilities:

· Greet all prospective residents and respond to ALL phone/internet leads

· Collect rent

· Qualify the prospect (Ex, date of move, budget, number of adults moving in, income qualifications, etc.)

· Greet Residents and Visitors

· Assists with the certification process by sending notices, third-party verification, the conduction of resident questionnaire interviews, and assembling resident certification files

· Conduct follow-up phone calls

· Comply with Fair Housing Laws

· Communicate with current residents/vendors

· Submit work orders for current residents

· Lease up Vacant Apartments

· Tour Property/Model or available homes with prospects

· Communicate with other property roles on site (Property Manager, Assistant Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Technician, Groundskeeper)

· Other Clerical Duties as needed: Data Entry, Filing, Faxing, Emailing, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications:

· Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative /customer service experience a PLUS

· At least 2 years of Apartment Leasing experience

· One-Site software experience (similar is a plus)

· Outbound/Inbound call experience

· Polished communication skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Proven reliability verified by manager references

· Ability to shift priorities and multi-task based on business needs

· Computer literate

· Teamwork driven with top-notch organizational skills

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22.50 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
