Career Strategies is currently hiring an Admin Assistant for a dual apartment community in Barron, WI, to play a crucial role in providing great customer service. Your contribution will be invaluable in maintaining our high standards of service.
The right candidate should possess exceptional customer service skills and be able to offer excellent assistance to all residents, visitors, and vendors. We are looking for someone who is highly energetic, has a positive attitude, has great communication skills, and is a people person.

- Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-4pm
- Location: Barron, WI and Medford, WI
- Greet all prospective residents and respond to ALL phone/internet leads
- Qualify the prospect (Ex, date of move, budget, number of adults moving in, income qualifications, etc.)
- Greet Residents and Visitors
- Conduct follow-up phone calls
- Comply with Fair Housing Laws
- Communicate with current residents/vendors
- Submit work orders for current residents
- Communicate with other property roles on site (Property Manager, Assistant Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Technician, Groundskeeper)
- Other Clerical Duties as needed: Data Entry, Filing, Faxing, Emailing, etc.)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience in a business setting
- Leasing Experience a plus
- Microsoft Programs; word, excel
- Phone etiquette
- Outbound/Inbound call experience
- Polished communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven reliability verified by manager references
- Ability to shift priorities and multi-task based on business needs
- Computer literate
- Team Work and Organizational skills
