Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team. This role is instrumental in supporting the daily operations of our apartment communities, ensuring excellent resident satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the property.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the apartment community.

Maintain accurate resident and property records in CRM and Yardi software.

Ensure compliance with fair housing regulations and other applicable laws.

Coordinate and follow up on leasing activities, renewals, and resident retention initiatives.

Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.

Supervise and support the leasing team to meet occupancy and financial goals.

Prepare financial and operational reports as required by management.

Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the property is well-maintained.
Requirements:

Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM and Yardi software is required.

Fair housing training completed within the last year.

A minimum of 6 months of assistant property management experience at apartment communities is mandatory.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
