Position: Leasing Agent
Schedule: M-F, 9am-6pm w/ one hour lunch
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
- Conducting apartment tours with prospective residents
- Maintaining resident and vendor relations
- Handling administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
- Contributing to special projects as needed
Required Skills:
- Proven sales experience with strong phone and in-person sales skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Previous experience in apartment leasing is helpful
- Strong customer service orientation and a motivated work ethic
