Career Strategies is hiring a Part-Time Apartment Leasing Consultant for an Apartment Community in the Murray, UT 84107 area. We are seeking an employee with excellent people skills, sales experience, leasing experience, high energy, a positive attitude, excellent work ethic, who wants the opportunity to grow with a Property Management Company.
Apartment Leasing Consultant Job Duties:
Duties include leasing, answering phones, filing, resident relations, vendor relations and administrative projects but are not limited to this.
Requirements:
- Prior Apartment Leasing Consultant Experience is HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Professional presentation - friendly, energetic, great people skills.
- Friendly, energetic, great people skills, and excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent phone and in person sales skills
- Motivated and hard-working
- Excellent communication skills
- Above average computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, Sales and Customer Service skills.
