Job Duties
- Greet and assist prospective residents, providing tours of the property and showcasing available units.
- Respond to inquiries and follow up with potential residents to convert leads into leases.
- Process rental applications and lease agreements, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Maintain knowledge of current market conditions, property values, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate our unique selling points.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current residents, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure it remains clean, well-maintained, and attractive.
- Assist with marketing and advertising efforts to attract new residents, including online listings and social media promotions.
- Participate in resident events and community activities to foster a sense of community and enhance resident satisfaction.
- 2 – 3 year’s experience in leasing, property management, or a related field is preferred.
- Low Income & Section-8 housing experience a plus!
- Yardi or AppFolio experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed leasing goals.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with property management software is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate prospective residents' schedules.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in real estate or business administration is a plus.
Salary : $20 - $23
