- Collaborate with the team to meet leasing goals and maintain high occupancy rates.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in property management.
- Availability: Must be able to work weekends.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech Skills: Computer savvy with experience using leasing software (Yardi, CRM, AppFolio).
- Fair Housing Training: Completed within the last year.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation is required
