Key Responsibilities:
- Greet prospective residents and provide informative tours of the apartment community.
- Answer leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process rental applications, conduct screenings, and prepare lease agreements.
- Maintain detailed records and reports using leasing software.
- Stay knowledgeable about community features, floor plans, pricing, and promotions.
- Comply with Fair Housing laws and regulations at all times.
- Support existing residents by addressing their concerns and maintaining a positive community environment.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) preferred, but not mandatory.
- At least 6 months of experience as an apartment leasing consultant.
- Recent Fair Housing training certification (completed within the last 2 years).
- Proficiency with leasing software (experience with Yardi, CRM, Appfolio, Entrada etc.).
- Reliable transportation for commuting and job-related tasks.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Professional, team-oriented, and detail-focused mindset.
