Career Strategies is hiring an Apartment Leasing Consultant for an Apartment Community in the Cheyenne, WY area. We are seeking an employee with excellent people skills, sales experience, leasing experience, high energy, a positive attitude, excellent work ethic, who wants the opportunity to grow with a Property Management Company.
Apartment Leasing Consultant Job Duties:
Duties include leasing, answering phones, filing, resident relations, vendor relations and administrative projects but are not limited to this.
Requirements:
- Prior Apartment Leasing Consultant Experience is HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Professional presentation - friendly, energetic, great people skills.
- Friendly, energetic, great people skills, and excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent phone and in person sales skills
- Motivated and hard-working
- Excellent communication skills
- Above average computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, Sales and Customer Service skills.
