Apartment Leasing Specialist/Leasing Consultant/Leasing Professional

Join our team as a Leasing Consultant and be part of creating a positive living experience for our residents. Must have at LEAST 1 year of Apartment Leasing professional experience and fully Fair Housing trained to be considered for the role.
The Leasing Consultant responsibilities:
-Showcase apartments to potential renters, apartment tours
-Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria (ask questions; utilize completed guest cards, etc.).
-Will lease apartments to qualified applicants, renew leases with current residents, and able to complete necessary duties as directed.
-Must be comfortable using golf cart
-Must be business professional at all times
-Computer tech savvy a plus
-Front desk duties, clerical, answering phones, filing, correspondence
-Customer service
-Comfortable answering phones and following leads
Requirements:
-Attendance is important
-Weekend Availability
-Previous 1 year experience with apartment community
-Bilingual (Preferred)
- Fair Housing Trained
