What We’re Looking For
- Industry Experience: At least 6 months of leasing in property management field (required).
- Language Skills: Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply but not required.
- Availability: Must be able to work weekends as needed.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to effectively connect with residents and prospects.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating leasing software like Yardi, AppFolio, or similar tools.
