Pay: Starting at $18.00-$21.50 (Depending on qualifications and certifications)

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Groundskeeper:
- Janitorial Duties – Keep the community clean and well-maintained.
- Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance – Contribute to beautiful outdoor spaces.
- Minor Painting – Refresh and touch up interior and exterior areas.
- Trash Removal – Ensure apartments are move-in ready with efficient trash-out services.
- Power Washing – Maintain a fresh and inviting community appearance.
- Make-Ready/Turns – Prepare units thoroughly for new residents.
- Electrical Repairs – Maintain and repair essential electrical components.
- Plumbing Work – Address issues with sinks, showers, toilets, and water heaters.
- Appliance Repairs – Troubleshoot and fix common household appliances.
- Drywall Repairs – Patch and restore walls as needed.
- Painting – Keep interior and exterior areas looking great.
- HVAC Certification – A plus, but not required!
- A reliable set of tools (for Maintenance Technicians).
