We are a respected staffing firm specializing in property management, offering competitive compensation with WEEKLY pay. No on-call required! An immediate position is available in Elk Grove - start right away while enjoying weekends off!
Hours: M/W/F - 8am-5pm w/ one hour lunch (subject to change based on community needs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare apartment units for move-ins, ensuring cleanliness, optimal maintenance, and adherence to the highest quality standards.
- Execute various make-ready tasks, including painting, cleaning, flooring repairs, fixture replacements, and minor maintenance.
- Collaborate with the property management team to efficiently prioritize and complete make-ready tasks.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify and address maintenance or cosmetic issues.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventory usage.
