Are you skilled in apartment maintenance and passionate about making units move-in ready? Join our team as an Apartment Maintenance - Work Order-Make-Ready/Turn Tech! We are a reputable staffing firm specializing in the apartment industry, offering competitive compensation and weekly pay. Start ASAP upon background completion and NO WEEKENDS REQUIRED!
Hours - Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Prepare apartment units for move-ins, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and meet the highest quality standards.
- Perform a variety of make-ready tasks such as painting, cleaning, flooring repairs, fixture replacements, and minor maintenance.
- Collaborate with the property management team to prioritize and complete make-ready tasks in a timely manner.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify and address any maintenance or cosmetic issues.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventory used.
