What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, drywall repairs, plumbing, and basic electrical work
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances to ensure optimal functionality
- Complete work orders efficiently to maintain a comfortable living environment for residents
- Assist with unit turnovers, ensuring apartments are move-in ready
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
- Work closely with the maintenance supervisor and team to meet the community’s needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in apartment maintenance, property management, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to maintaining a high standard of work
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
