What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Porter/Groundskeeper position at Career Strategies?
We are looking for reliable, responsible and ready-to-go apartment porter/grounds keepers to add to our expanding team!
POSITIONS AVAILABLE VALLEYWIDE- GLENDALE, PEORIA, PHOENIX, SCOTTSDALE, TEMPE, MESA, GILBERT, CHANDLER
Job Responsibilities of a porter/grounds keeper:
- Maintain curb appeal by completing tasks, such as painting, trash pickup and power washing
- Basic pool cleaning, alignment and cleaning of pool furniture/pool area
- Basic janitorial duties- inside and outside
- Replace light bulbs along pathways and parking areas
- Cleaning and removing trash from vacant apartments (trash outs)
- Assisting with other needs the property requests
- MUST be comfortable working outside
Shifts are Monday through Friday (exact hours may vary)
We provide a daily public transportation stipend
