We are seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager for our LIHTC property in North Phoenix. This role is instrumental in supporting the daily operations of our apartment communities, ensuring excellent resident satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the property. Responsibilities:

Assist the Community Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the apartment community.

Maintain accurate resident and property records in CRM and Yardi software.

Ensure compliance with fair housing regulations and other applicable local and federal laws.

Coordinate and follow up on leasing activities, renewals, and resident retention initiatives.

Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.

Supervise and support the leasing team to meet occupancy and financial goals. Conduct property tours for prospective residents to assist the leasing team as necessary.

Prepare financial and operational reports as required by management.

Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the property is well-maintained.
Requirements:

Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM and Yardi leasing software is required.

Fair housing certification obtained/updated within the last year.

A minimum of 6 months of assistant property manager work experience is mandatory.

LIHTC certification for affordable housing.

High level of professionalism and attention to detail. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
Pay rate determined on relevant work experience, qualifications, and certifications.
