We are an employee owned (ESOP) Recruitment and Staffing firm with 20 offices in 12 states. We are looking to expand our footprint and have recently opened an office in Tennessee, specifically around the Nashville area.

We are looking for someone with a specialty in Property Management (multi family) placements, Long Term Care placements, Assisted Living or Hospice and Home Health. We are also open to expanding our niches and have a history of willingness to try new things.

Purpose of the Position:
Generate a client base (no territories) focused on uncovering job orders/opportunities. Work with the team to ensure highest level of customer service and making the right match between client need and candidate skillset. Generate revenue in the form of Placements.

Essential Functions:

Must have experience in the Staffing/Recruiting Industry
-
Must possess a strong work ethic with a ‘can do’ approach.

Excellent communication skills are a must
-
Performance metrics will include an average of 50 calls per day until a client base is generated; the last call will exude the same enthusiasm as the first call.

Energetic and motivated with exceptional human relation skills that funnel through the phone lines with daily consistency. A genuine demeanor that allows relationship development with professionals in the industry the associate is supporting.

Quick learner willing to adopt and follow the recruiting fundamentals and protocol outlined in training.

A strong appetite for learning and honing the best practices of the recruiting industry.

Ability and desire to spend each day on new business development, sharing with companies the benefit of doing business with Career Strategies.

Develop a collaborative and respectful working relationship with other associates on the team..

Minimum Qualifications:
Professional training or knowledge: Previous experience in the Staffing/Recruiting industry. Exceptional interpersonal communication and telephone skills. High attention to detail with an ability to manage fluctuating workloads. Ability to learn quickly, work effectively and provide outstanding customer service to a wide range of personalities. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Must have the ability to solve problems and be a leader in the absence of management. Must be familiar and comfortable working with computers, both personal and mainframe, familiar with keyboard and mouse.
Work experience: Sales and Customer service experience is required. Must be familiar with corporate structure and understand how to work within those parameters.
License required: None.
General education or equivalent: BA/BS degree in strongly preferred
Physical demands: Individual must be capable of sitting and working on a computer and telephone for prolonged periods of time. Principal communication method is by telephone encompassing the majority of the business day. Must be able to speak clearly and understandably, hear communications by telephone and in person, type data into a computer and read data from a computer screen.
