POSITION SUMMARY:
The Community Liaison (CL) is responsible for promoting and marketing hospice/palliative care services and expertise to the medical community. This is an outside sales position requiring the individual to regularly work in the field, promoting, encouraging, and establishing utilization of hospice and palliative care services.
The CL should have business to business sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
The CL should be passionate, responsible, diligent, persistent, professional, and able to explain the value of hospice and palliative care services. The CL must be comfortable using computers and various technology applications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in health care or equivalent, marketing/sales or public relations, preferred.
Two years of marketing or healthcare experience, preferred.
Good marketing skills. Ability to communicate and educate effectively and establishing working relationships.
Valid driver’s license, and auto insurance, reliable and well-maintained transportation.
