Recertifications
Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for residents.
Coordinate resident services and programs aimed at enhancing community engagement and wellbeing.
Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and guidelines.
Manage leasing and occupancy, including tenant screening and leasing administration.
Handle maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Cultivate positive relationships with residents, staff, and community partners.

Previous experience in property management, preferably in affordable housing.
Strong understanding of affordable housing regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
