Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Nursing, Business, or Healthcare required.
Minimum of five years of progressive ED nursing leadership experience, including three years in an Emergency Department manager role.
Clinical expertise in emergency nursing required.
Experience in federal and state regulatory healthcare compliance (e.g., CMS, The Joint Commission, DVN, Department of Health) required.
Demonstrated experience achieving Emergency Department quality metrics.
Demonstrated success working across functional departments.
Previous trauma center experience required.
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington.
Certification in specialty required within 3 years.
