Leasing Requirements:
- Tour property and lease apartments to future residents
- Prepare "model" apartment for showing to future residents
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly office and property curb appeal
- Develop and maintain an ongoing resident community engagement program under the direction of our Community Manager
- Efficient and timely processing of all required administrative forms, reports, leases, notices, and related information
- Friendly demeanor with superb customer service
Ideal Experience:
- At least 6 months previous on-site apartment leasing work experience, preferably at a Class A building
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certified Fair Housing
- Working knowledge of Yardi, Kock, CRM, and other relevant software
- Flexibility in work days and work schedule
- Available to work weekends
