Experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant Wanted
Weekend Availability Required (Saturdays and Sundays)
We are looking for a skilled, motivated Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our team! This role is ideal for someone with a dynamic personality, excellent people skills, sales expertise, high energy, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to internet inquiries, handle prospective resident calls, schedule appointments, and conduct property tours
- Process application fees, deposits, and rental payments
- Prepare and submit application materials for approvals
- Conduct follow-up with prospective residents after tours and applications
- Input and track service requests
- Organize move-in/move-out notices, inspections, and other procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of apartment leasing experience
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and professional presentation
- Good judgment and discretion when interacting with residents, vendors, and colleagues
- Knowledge in leasing software (Yardi, Appfolio, OneSite, CRM ect.)
