Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure efficient operation of equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the property maintenance industry, including electrical, HVAC, and mechanical knowledge
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Knowledge of high voltage systems and logic controllers
- Experience in maintenance management and project oversight
