Position: Apartment Leasing Consultant
Hours: Tues-Sat 8am-5pm / 9am-6pm w/ one hour lunch(subject to change)

Our client, a well-established tax credit community in California, is seeking an Apartment Assistant Manager to support their mission of providing comfortable and affordable living spaces.
Role Overview: As an Apartment Assistant Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the community. Your responsibilities will include assisting the property manager in day-to-day operations, resident communication, leasing support, and maintaining a welcoming and well-maintained environment. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in property management and make a positive impact on residents' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the property manager in leasing efforts, including conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.
- Foster positive resident relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Help oversee maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining the community's physical appearance.
- Participate in marketing and outreach activities to attract and retain residents.
- Assist with financial management tasks, including rent collection and budget tracking.
Qualifications:
