We are seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant for our community in Tempe. You will play a vital role in the property management team by assisting with leasing activities and providing exceptional customer service to prospective tenants. Seeking professional, elevated, qualified candidates for a community in Phoenix. Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Spanish.
Duties
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide detailed information about available units
- Process lease applications and assist with lease signings
- Maintain accurate records of rental payments and tenant information
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, conducting unit inspections as needed
- Respond to inquiries from current and prospective tenants in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in the preparation of leasing reports and market surveys
Requirements
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi, CRM, AppFolio, Knock preferred
- Fair Housing certified
- Minimum 1 year of onsite work experience as an Apartment Leasing Consultant
- Reliable transportation
- Availability for a full-time schedule and flexible to work weekends
