Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about available units.
- Assist with lease applications, signings, and tenant communications.
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate move-ins/move-outs.
- Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish preferred, but not mandatory
- Proficient in property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, etc.).
- Fair Housing certified.
- 1 year of onsite leasing experience.
- Reliable transportation and availability for a full-time schedule, including weekends.
