- Facility Maintenance: Oversee the routine and preventive maintenance of all systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, etc.) within the facility to ensure safe and functional operations.
- Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance operations comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including safety codes, fire regulations, and OSHA standards. Prepare for and assist in inspections and audits by regulatory bodies.
- Safety and Emergency Procedures: Maintain a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This includes overseeing fire drills, ensuring emergency equipment is functional, and maintaining emergency backup systems.
- Team Leadership: Manage, supervise, and provide training for the maintenance staff. Ensure that all team members follow proper procedures, report safety hazards, and complete tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facility maintenance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare environment is a plus.
