-Hours are M-F 8-5
- Patient check-in and check-out: Greeting patients, verifying insurance information, collecting co-pays, and updating patient demographics.
- Appointment scheduling: Managing physician calendars, scheduling appointments, and confirming appointments with patients.
- Phone management: Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and directing calls to appropriate staff members.
- Patient registration: Assisting patients with completing necessary paperwork and intake forms.
- Data entry: Entering patient information into electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Insurance verification: Checking patient insurance eligibility and processing insurance claims.
- Billing and collections: Collecting payments from patients and managing outstanding balances.
- Maintaining reception area: Keeping the front desk and waiting room clean and organized.
