What are the responsibilities and job description for the Porter / Groundskeeper / Janitor for Apartments position at Career Strategies?
We are Hiring for a Porter/Groundskeeper for an Apartment community in San Diego area and surrounding cities.
Porter/Groundskeeper Job Requirements:
- Must be able to handle the elements of being outside.
- Previous multifamily or commercial property cleaning experience is preferred but NOT REQUIRED.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
Porter/Groundskeeper Responsibilities:
- Trash pick-up daily
- Maintain cleanliness of the property and grounds
- Light checks
- Help clean common areas.
- Help with maintenance and minor work orders as needed
- Assist and support Maintenance Supervisor as requested
