- Master the Tools: Use industry-leading software such as Yardi, CRM, or AppFolio to manage applications and track resident information.
- Ensure Fairness: Follow Fair Housing guidelines to create an inclusive and equitable leasing experience.
- Team Success: Work with a collaborative team to meet leasing goals and maintain high occupancy levels.
What You Bring
- Experience: At least 6 months of leasing or customer service experience (required).
- Language Skills: Bilingual ability is a plus but not required.
- Flexibility: Must be able to work weekends to meet the needs of prospective residents.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to connect effectively with residents and team members.
- Tech Know-How: Experience using leasing platforms like Yardi, CRM, or AppFolio.
- Fair Housing Knowledge: Certification within the last year is required.
