- Oversee the financial and operational performance of multiple properties.
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and affordable housing regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Train, mentor, and support on-site property management teams.
- Conduct property visits, audits, and performance reviews.
- Build strong relationships with owners, investors, and regulatory agencies.
- Manage 5-7 properties
Requirements:
- Active real estate license (required).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Regional Manager in property management (required).
- LIHTC, Tax Credit, and HUD experience (required).
- Strong leadership, financial management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel between properties as needed
