We are seeking an Apartment Community Manager with Tax Credit experience to become a part of our team! Responsibilities:
- Attract and educate new tenants
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Supervise and train property staff
- Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
Qualifications:
- 1 year experience as a Property Manager (required)
- Tax Credit/LITC/HUD experience (required)
- Recent fair housing training (required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish a PLUS
