About this role:
You will be responsible to oversee all aspects of day-to-day property management functions for three properties, including building operations, tenant and vendor relations, administration and enforcement of contracts, oversight of various projects, lease administration and accounting. This person will need to be strong in leasing and will ideally have a construction management background.

You will be responsible to oversee all aspects of day-to-day property management functions for three properties, including building operations, tenant and vendor relations, administration and enforcement of contracts, oversight of various projects, lease administration and accounting. This person will need to be strong in leasing and will ideally have a construction management background.
More specifically, you’ll be actively involved in the following:
- Operations: Conduct property visits/inspections and manage all follow-up action items. Obtain bids on vendor contracts and capital projects. Maintain online work order tracking system and follow up with tenants and vendors on routine requests. Review plans and oversee tenant improvement work.
- Communications & Correspondence: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, local municipalities and community groups. Manage and update the contact databases, and digital files.
- Operating Expense Management: Prepare budgets, secure multiple bids, negotiate contracts and execute improvements. Track expenses to ensure properties are managed to budget.
- Accounting: Review and approve non-recurring payables and budgeted expenses. Review GL reports monthly and assist in annual budget preparation. Review NNN escalations and reconciliations and Tenant collections as needed.
- Administrative: Follow digital and paper filing guidelines to ensure that the file database is maintained, and information is kept current and accessible to the rest of the team.
