**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Strategic Marketing & Planning:**
- Develop and implement regional marketing plans to drive occupancy and revenue growth across multiple skilled nursing facilities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and demographic data to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to align regional efforts with overall brand strategy.
- **Referral Relationship Management:**
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, home health agencies, and community organizations.
- Conduct regular visits to referral sources to promote the facilities' services and build referral pipelines.
- Organize and attend networking events, community outreach programs, and health fairs to increase visibility and foster relationships.
- **Facility Support:**
- Work closely with facility administrators and admissions teams to develop and execute local marketing plans.
- Provide training and support to facility-level marketing staff to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Assist facilities in identifying and targeting potential referral sources and community partners.
- **Performance Monitoring & Reporting:**
- Track and analyze marketing activities and referral trends to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Prepare and present regular reports on occupancy rates, referral patterns, and marketing outcomes to senior management.
- Adjust marketing strategies as needed based on performance data and market conditions.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in skilled nursing or senior care.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare referral networks and experience in building and maintaining referral relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple facilities across a region.
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
