Residential Construction Project Manager (Beverly Hills, CA)

Travel Requirements:
- Looking for someone who has 5-10 years of field/hands-on trade experience
- Experience overseeing improvement projects for multi-family assets.
- Must have an existing multi-family portfolio. No ground ups or single family.
- Ability to manage projects at multiple properties in multiple states.
- Less about units, more about CapEx / building and site upgrades.
- Project oversight and direct engagement in construction processes.
- Lot of growth in this department in terms of projects in the pipeline.
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
- Well organized and attention to detail.
- Dependable and self-motivated.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- 5-10 years of experience.
- Onsite in Beverly Hills, CA
- Salary Range: $100-120K. Some flex DOE.

- CA, NV, AZ, FL, TX. Candidate can expect to travel for 2-3 days, every 2-3 weeks to these areas.

- Ability to manage projects at multiple properties. Less about units, and more about capex / bldg. and site upgrades. We are looking for a more Junior level project manager, preferably one who has field experience in trade.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
