- Use Cutting-Edge Tools: Utilize property management software like Yardi, CRM, or AppFolio to process applications, maintain resident records, and streamline operations.
- Promote Fairness: Adhere to Fair Housing guidelines, creating an equitable experience for all.
- Achieve Goals as a Team: Collaborate with your team to meet leasing objectives, boost occupancy rates, and maintain a vibrant community.
- Bilingual Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 6 months of leasing experience at an apartment community is required.
- Communication Expertise: Strong written and verbal communication skills to connect effectively with diverse individuals.

- Fair Housing Knowledge: Fair Housing training within the past two years is required.
