Requirements:
Some college or technical schooling or equivalent experience required.
Demonstrated experience in project management related to machinery, equipment and or facility installations, modifications, upgrades or similar projects
Experience providing technical guidance and development of maintenance work force.
10 years of maintenance management experience in a plant environment dealing with preventative and predictive maintenance; at least 5 years of engineering/maintenance work experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing setting
Experience working with PLC's, motor controls, sensors, limit switches and electro/mechanical systems, and 3-phase 480v equipment.
Experience in lean manufacturing.
