The Custodian/Groundskeeper is responsible for performing general maintenance duties throughout the center.
- Demonstrates and abides by the Company Core Values and the operating principles
- Inspects and reports on the mechanical condition of vehicles
- Assists in the relocation of center equipment and furniture
- Performs minor building construction tasks
- Performs interior and exterior center janitorial, building maintenance and grounds keeping assignments
- Attends required staff training sessions as required
- Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum: High school diploma or GED. Ability to read and write English. Six months experience, to include transportation and/or building maintenance.
Preferred: One year or more work-related experience.
Knowledge Required: Must possess a valid State driver’s license. Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/FA certification. Ability to operate power tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.65 per hour
